Brand audits.

Know what’s working before changing what isn’t.

An audit is the honest mirror: where the brand is consistent, where it leaks, and which fixes pay back first. It is the lowest-risk way to start brand work — evidence first, commitments after.

Why it matters

The problem it solves.

Brands drift gradually, then suddenly: assets multiply, messages fork, and no one can say what the brand officially is any more. Teams sense it but can’t prioritise it. An audit turns that unease into a ranked, honest list of fixes.

What you walk away with.

An evidence base

What customers see, competitors do and your materials actually say — documented.

A ranked fix list

Issues ordered by impact and effort — quick wins separated from projects.

A build/skip decision

Whether you need a refresh, a reposition or neither — argued honestly.

A baseline

The before-picture that makes later brand investment measurable.

A plain-language report with sequenced recommendations.

How we run it

The work, in four moves.

Part of the same five-stage approach every engagement follows — with success criteria agreed before work begins.

01 — Discover
Collection

Every touchpoint gathered — site, decks, social, packaging, sales materials.

02 — Define
Assessment

Scored against strategy, consistency, distinctiveness and accessibility.

03 — Design
Findings

The gaps that matter, ranked by business impact — with examples, not adjectives.

04 — Deploy
Roadmap

A sequenced plan: what to fix now, what to schedule, what to leave alone.

Connected by design

Where this connects to the other pillars.

Audits scope the real work: findings feed strategy when positioning is the gap, identity when the system is — and growth or technology when the brand is fine but the funnel isn’t.

Common questions.

How disruptive is an audit to our team?

Light. We need access to materials, a handful of interviews and any existing research. Most of the work happens on our side.

What if the audit says the brand is fine?

Then you’ve bought certainty cheaply. The roadmap will say so, point at the real bottleneck, and you invest where it counts.

Is an audit required before other brand work?

No — but it’s often the smartest first move when the problem is felt but not yet defined. It stops you buying the wrong project.
