We want intensepath.com to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever their abilities, devices or context. This statement describes the standards we work toward, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

Intense Path is a brand of Zealsync Private Limited. In this document, “Intense Path”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zealsync Private Limited operating under the Intense Path brand.

1. Our commitment

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our working target for this website. Accessibility is treated as part of design and engineering quality — considered during the work, not audited in afterwards.

2. What we practise

Practices we apply when designing and building this website include:

Semantic structure — meaningful headings, landmarks and link text.
Colour contrast checked against WCAG targets for text and interface elements.
Keyboard-reachable navigation and visible interactive states.
Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative elements kept out of the way of assistive technology.
Readable type sizes and layouts that reflow across screen sizes.

3. Known limitations

This is a new website and some areas are still being reviewed — including the behaviour of decorative animated elements with assistive technologies, and full keyboard-interaction coverage of interactive components. We are working through these; this statement will be updated as reviews complete.

4. Report a barrier

If anything on this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Write to hello [at] intensepath [dot] com with the page address and a short description of the problem, and we will look into it. Your report helps us fix issues for everyone.

5. Status of this statement

This statement is a working draft dated 14 August 2026, prepared alongside the launch of this website. It will be reviewed and updated as accessibility reviews complete and as the website evolves.
