This policy explains what personal information we collect through intensepath.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read — plain language first, legal precision where it matters.

Intense Path is a brand of Zealsync Private Limited. In this document, “Intense Path”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zealsync Private Limited operating under the Intense Path brand.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information handled through intensepath.com and through our direct communication with you — enquiries, proposals and engagements. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services:

Details you submit through our contact form or by email — such as your name, email address, organisation and message. The website currently has no enabled form delivery provider and reports this when you submit an enquiry.
Correspondence and materials you share with us during an enquiry or engagement.
Google Analytics 4 records pages visited, campaign attribution, public link and navigation interactions, blog searches as counts and query length, scroll depth, visible-page engagement time, and contact-form starts, attempts and errors. It also processes device, browser, session and approximate location information.
We do not intentionally send your contact-form values, email address, message or blog search text to Google Analytics. Website event URLs exclude fragments and arbitrary query parameters; approved campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be retained for attribution. Please do not put personal information in campaign URLs.
Analytics cookie identifiers, as described in our Cookie Policy. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses, although an IP address is processed to provide the service and derive approximate location.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Respond to enquiries and communicate with you.
Scope, deliver and administer services you engage us for.
Understand how the website is used and improve it.
Meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. The website is hosted by Vercel. Google supplies Google Tag Manager, which loads our measurement tags, and Google Analytics 4, which processes website usage events and identifiers.

Information may be processed outside your country by these providers. Their privacy and processing terms apply to their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Other enquiry and engagement providers will be disclosed when confirmed.

Google Signals, personalised advertising and user-provided-data collection are not enabled in this analytics implementation. Google Ads, Meta and other advertising pixels are not currently installed; any future activation will require updated disclosures and applicable privacy controls.

6. Retention

Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months, with user-identifier retention reset on new activity. Standard aggregated reports may be retained longer by Google; this setting does not limit their retention. Analytics cookie expiry is described in the Cookie Policy.

We keep enquiry and engagement information only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal obligations. Specific periods for those records remain under review.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
View, block or delete analytics cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking scripts can also prevent measurement. Deleting cookies alone does not prevent new cookies being set on a later visit.
Contact us using the address below about privacy requests. There is currently no on-site analytics preference control.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take the responsibility seriously and review our practices.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
